"The Unbounded Becomes a Reality…"

The below sharing comes from an Isha meditator in Atlanta, GA. Kevin Wilson and his wife Jennifer Wauson received the Linga Bhairavi Avighna Yantra in their home this past weekend. Kevin writes:

The grace and love that you experience with a Devi consecration in  your home is something that words can’t translate. When you press your palms on the copper yantra for the first time with Sadhguru right beside you, when your sense of self drops its boundaries and spreads throughout your friends and family who share the experience with you, the unbounded becomes a reality inside your own home.

I have to admit, that as a middle-aged white American I was a bit skeptical of the concept of a linga consecration in my home. The logical side of me didn’t understand how a stone could be energized or how it could affect my mind. But after a couple of trips to the shrine at the Isha Institute of Inner-sciences,  I experienced a total blank-out – a feeling of just being without the barrage of thoughts and daydreams. Later when I sat in the meditation room of an Isha friend who had a Sannidhi,  I experienced the same thing. A few times in the past when in the presence of Sadhguru, I had similar experiences of being able to put myself aside and feel the presence of that timeless self that lives buried inside of us all. It is a feeling that you begin to crave. After experiencing this phenomena in all these different ways, I was finally convinced that Devi had a place in my home and in my heart.

It seems that the moment that this decision was made, I could sense her presence in my meditation room long before the physical yantra and linga arrived.   An unbounded being is also not bound by time, so it made perfect sense to my logical mind that Devi would arrive whenever she wanted, even before her flight around the world from India to Atlanta.

The energy I experienced during the consecration with Sadhguru was more than anything I’ve ever felt from him before. It reminded me of the energy at BSP multiplied by 10. Maybe I needed some extra amperage due to my skeptic past, or perhaps my sensitivity to this energy has improved, regardless of how I try to explain it, the main thing I want to share is that it is real. It is as real as a breath. It is as real as a beating heart. As Sadhguru told us and our guests afterwards, when we take from the earth to create a being, we create a human being. When we take from the unbounded to create a being, we create a god. That is exactly what Sadhguru did. My wife and I experienced the birth of a powerful being, and like proud god-parents, we welcome you to visit us and experience Devi for yourself. Consider this to be your official invitation.

The few times that I’ve sat with Devi since the consecration, it is like turning off a light switch. The thoughts just step aside and a wondrous presence fills the void I’ve left behind. I regret that it's taken 54 years to find this, but I’m glad it finally happened while I was still breathing."
