Recipes from iii – Cranberry-Orange Relish

Add some zest to your Thanksgiving meal or anytime. This Cranberry-Orange Relish is sweet and tasty, but it's so quick and simple, even the kids can make it! 

Serves: 8-10 

Time: 5 minutes to prepare

Ingredients:

1 bag fresh cranberries (about 3 cups)

1 orange

3/4 cup sugar

Preparation:

Cut the orange into segments, removing any seeds but leaving the peel on. Add orange segments and cranberries into blender or food processor and mix well. Add sugar to taste. You can eat immediately, but the flavors will be much improved if you keep the relish in the refrigerator overnight or longer.
