Famed "Isha Nut Porridge" makes it to Fox 2 News!

Our meditator, dietician Linda Daniels, gave a cooking demo to the hosts of Fox 2 News in Detroit.

High Prana, High-Energy nut porridge, Isha Healthy Food  

2 bananas

2-3 c. soaked raw peanuts or other nuts, such as walnuts or almonds

Freshly ground cardamom to taste

Honey to taste

Water

1C strawberries, sliced

Puree bananas and nuts.  Season with cardamom and honey.  

Add water to make the desired consistency.  Garnish with strawberries.

Yields 2-4 servings.
