BSP Volunteering at iii, May 22 - 25, 2014

TIMINGS:
All volunteers must arrive no later than 11:00am the day of the program (Thursday, May 22) and depart no earlier than 10:00pm on the day the program ends (Sunday, 25th May).
PREREQUISITES:
Participants must have completed Bhava Spandana Program prior to volunteering for BSP.
DETAILS:
Program Cost: $150
- Volunteers are requested to arrive one day prior, but must arrive no later than 11:00am the day of the program.
- Volunteers who are not able to come on the first day of the program, can come on the last day of the program no earlier than 12:00pm and no later than 2:00pm.

Please note that Registration will be closed earlier if class capacity is met.
Shuttles will be available on a first-come, first-served basis to/from Nashville and Chattanooga airports.

BSP additional volunteering, May 19,20,21; May 26,27,28—Those who would like to help with BSP preparations and clean-up are invited to stay at iii free of charge on these dates with your contribution of 6+ hours of volunteering per day. Longer volunteer stays prior to or beyond these dates must be submitted for approval through the main office at registration@ishausa.org
- Our class capacity is limited, thus if a cancellation is necessary, please inform us as early as possible so that we can offer this opportunity to someone on our waiting list.
- 10% of the program fee paid will be deducted up to 2 weeks prior to program start date.
- 20% of the program fee paid will be deducted up to 1 week prior to program start date.
- 50% of the program fee paid will be deducted within 1 week before the program start date.
- 75% of the program fee paid will be deducted from the program start date and there after.
