NOTE: If you are planning to attend the program but need additional time to make travel or work arrangements please follow the same preparatory instructions given to you the last time you attended Samyama. If you need the instruction sheet please email  registration@ishausa.org.

Samyama Sadhana is an intensive five-day residential program conducted by a trained Teacher at the Isha Institute of Inner Sciences. Samyama Sadhana meditation provides the experiential possibility to free one from the bonds of karma and purify the body-mind to receive higher levels of energy. Samyama presents the potential for participants to reach heightened levels of consciousness and experience explosive states of meditativeness.

We recommend this program to all those who have stopped practicing their Samyama meditation or would like to rekindle the fire of Samyama within them or would like to deepen their experience of it.

PREREQUISITES:

- Participants would need to have completed an 8 day Samyama program
- Participants are not required to go through a pre-Sayama meet
- Participants are required to complete the 40 days of preparation before the program as was done prior to Samyama

The  preparation for the program is for 40 days and is similar to the Samyama program in terms of food and practices.

TIMINGS:

Arrive by: 1:00 PM (or earlier) Wednesday, November 12
Program ends: 3:30 PM Sunday, November 16
Program cost includes accommodations for four nights (Wednesday - Saturday), all meals and program.

EXTENDED STAY:

Shuttles will be available on a first-come, first-served basis to/from Nashville and Chattanooga airports.

REGISTRATION & CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:

Registration requests after the deadline will be individually evaluated and are space dependent.
Our class capacity is limited, thus if a cancellation is necessary, please inform us as early as possible so that we can offer this opportunity to someone on our waiting list.
10% of the program fee paid will be deducted up to 2 weeks prior to the program start date.
20% of the program fee paid will be deducted up to 1 week prior to the program start date.
50% of the program fee paid will be deducted within 1 week before the program start date.
75% of the program fee paid will be deducted from the program start date and thereafter.
Refund processing time is 3-4 weeks.
