Description:

Traditionally available only to select groups of yogis, Surya Kriya is being offered by Sadhguru as a comprehensive spiritual practice that is ideal for the hectic pace of today's world.

"Surya" means sun and "Kriya" means "inner energy process." Surya Kriya activates the solar plexus within the system and balances a person's energies leading to stability of the body and stillness of the mind.

This program will be conducted by a Hata Yoga Teacher trained by Sadhguru.

For ages 14+.

Saturday April 26th: 9:00am-12:30pm
Breaks are included.
Both sessions are required.

Note: Transferred funds may only go towards Isha Hatha programs, up to 1 year after program start date

Cancellation Policy:

10% of the program fee paid will be deducted up to 2 weeks prior to program start date.

20% of the program fee paid will be deducted up to 1 week prior to program start date.

50% of the program fee paid will be deducted within 1 week before the program start date.

75% of the program fee paid will be deducted from the program start date and there after.
