· Our shuttle capacity is limited, thus if a cancellation is necessary, please inform us as early as possible so that we can offer this opportunity to someone on our waiting list.

· 10% of the shuttle fee paid will be deducted up to 2 weeks prior to the shuttle date.

· No cancellations within 2 weeks of the shuttle date.
