Description:

As a commitment to bring well-being to the surrounding communities, Isha Institute will be offering free yoga classes and lessons on vegetarian cooking every month.

Please note:

• Your volunteer registration for the program is subject to fulfilling the Health and Safety Terms including taking a Covid-19 test within 3 days prior to arrival. Please make sure to complete all the steps before arriving at Isha Institute: Health and Safety Terms
• There will be a mandatory secondary Covid-19 test upon arrival for all visiting iii, this test is complimentary for volunteers.
• This program is only open to those residing in the United States and Canada.
• As per the CDC Guidelines, Older adults and people of any age who have serious underlying medical conditions are encouraged to wait until you have been fully vaccinated and are within the valid duration of immunity in order to attend this program.
• During your stay at Isha Institute, access will be limited to the designated program areas (program hall, dining and stay area). The rest of the campus will not be accessible at this time.

TIMINGS:

Arrival: 8:00 am CT on September 18th

Departure: 7:00 pm CT on September 18th

Volunteers are required to stay for the entire duration mentioned above.

Prerequisites:

The volunteer should already be initiated in the Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya through Inner Engineering Completion/Inner Engineering Retreat or Inner Engineering Total.
