Isha Summer Program for Children at iii, Jul 24-31 2016

Program Information

Open to children ages 7-13.  This is a residential program conducted by an Isha Yoga Teacher and other qualified education staff.

Program Date: July 24-31, 2016

Program Start: Please arrive by 4pm (or earlier), Sunday July 24th to allow time for check-in.  Program begins at 4pm sharp – (If you arrive the night before that night's stay is complementary)

Program End: Sunday, July 31st at 7pm with dinner to follow - Please allow adequate time for travel/check-in while making departure plans.  (Stay is complimentary)

Additional night's stay at iii may be arranged by calling the office at 931-668-1900.

Cost of Program: $850

A group registration discount is available for multiple-child households. For families with more than one participant, the rates are as follows: registration for the first child is at regular price ($850), the second receives 25% off ($640), and the third child receives 50% off ($425). This discount is intended for children living within a single family unit & registrations must be submitted together in order for discount to apply. These discounted rates cannot be combined with any other offer.

Payment plans are available as long as full payment has been made by the start of the program. Contact iii main office to set up payment arrangements.

Cancellation & Refund Policy - Participants:

Registration deadline is one week prior to the program. Registration requests after the deadline will be individually evaluated and are space dependent.

Registration may close before the deadline due to space limitations.

A $50 processing fee will be deducted for Cancellation/Refunds prior to the registration deadline.

No program refunds after the registration deadline, but at the teacher's discretion, the program fee may be transferred to any future program within a one-year period.

All refunds will be made by check, please allow 3-4 weeks processing time.

Registration:

Please click here to fill out and submit the online application. Once we've reviewed your child's application we will notify you via email within 7 days of the approval status.

Once you've received confirmation of the approval, please completely fill out and return the following forms and photocopies to the Registration Team at the mailing address below. Your child’s enrollment will only be finalized once all forms, paperwork and payment have been received.  Though registration is open until July 17th, space is limited.

  • Release Waiver (to be filled out by Parent)
  • Health/Medical Exam Form (to be filled out by Physician)
  • Payment Form
  • Photocopy of child’s official Immunization Record
  • Photocopy of Insurance card
  • 4 copies of a passport size photo of your child
  • Digital passport size photo of your child in JPG format, emailed to childrenscamp@ishausa.org

A formal confirmation letter, packing lists, directions to the center, and final details will be sent to you via e-mail once iii has received all the above mentioned documents. Please do not book tickets until you have received your confirmation letter.

SHUTTLE INFORMATION:

Shuttles will be available on a first-come, first-served basis to/from Nashville and Chattanooga airports.

PARENT VOLUNTEER REGISTRATION:

Click here if you are interested in registering as a parent volunteer.  (Please ensure your child's application has been approved prior to registered for Parent Volunteering.)

CHILD VOLUNTEER REGISTRATION:

Child Volunteers must have already done Isha Summer Program for Children.

Must be 12 - 14 years old.

Must go through same application process as Child Participants - including waiver and medical release.

Cost $250.
