Description:
Angamardana is a system rooted in yoga, that offers to everyone the opportunity to invigorate the body and to reach peak physical and mental health. “Angamardana” means gaining complete mastery over the limbs, organs and other parts of the body. True to its name, this practice revitalizes the body on all levels including the muscles, blood circulation, skeletal structure, nervous system, and the basic energy system.
This program is conducted by a Hata Yoga teacher trained by Sadhguru.
For ages 14+. No previous experience with yoga required.

Important Note:
Due to the nature of this practice, there are some precautions. People who fall under any of the below categories are not eligible to participate at this time
- Women who are currently pregnant
- Anyone who has had a major open surgery in the last 6 months
- Anyone who has had a laparoscopic surgery in the last 6 weeks

Dates & Timings:
Friday April 24th, 6:00pm - 9:30pm
Saturday April 25th, 9:00am - 12:30pm
Sunday April 26th, 4:00pm - 7:30pm
Breaks are included.
Attendance for all sessions is required.
Due to the nature of the practices, please ensure you finish any heavy meal at least 4 hours before the class, snack 2.5 hours before, and beverage (except water) at least 1.5 hours before the session.
