Isha Hatha Yoga for Children in Atlanta March 13-15, 2015
Description:
Isha Hatha Yoga for Children introduces yoga through simple, life enhancing asanas. These asanas can enhance concentration and memory, focus, and mind/body coordination. The practices learned are an effective preventative for obesity, asthma, sinusitis and other chronic ailments. Snacks will be provided during each session!
Isha Hatha Yoga is open to children ages 7-13.
This program will be conducted by a Hatha Yoga Teacher trained by Sadhguru.
Details:
Friday, March 13th: 7:00pm - 8:30pm
Saturday, March 14th: 3:00pm - 4:30pm
Sunday, March 15th: 10:00am - 11:30am followed by lunch
Breaks are included.
Attendance for all sessions is required.

Note: Transferred funds may be used toward any Isha Yoga program for up to 1 year.
Cancellation Policy:
10% of the program fee paid will be deducted up to 2 weeks prior to program start date.
20% of the program fee paid will be deducted up to 1 week prior to program start date.
50% of the program fee paid will be deducted within 1 week before the program start date.
75% of the program fee paid will be deducted from the program start date and there after.
