An advanced residential offering at Isha Instititute of Inner-sciences, the Sadhana program, is an opportunity for meditators to focus entirely on their inner growth. Participants are given a structured schedule which includes spiritual practice, guided meditation, discourse and physical activity. The schedule is created in such a way as to utilize every part of the day toward one’s growth. The Sadhana program is offered for a three-week period with a minimum length of one week.
To attend the Sadhana program, you must have completed the basic Inner Engineering program including Shambhavi Mahamudra.
TIMINGS:
The Sadhana (spiritual work for inner growth) will be for a set period of time – starting at 4:45am on Sunday and ending at 5pm on Saturday evening.
Because it is a specially designed program by Sadhguru, the minimum requirement to attend is 7 days.
Meditators may take part in a 7-day or 14-day schedule, however a shortened Sadhana schedule must begin on a Sunday.
PREREQUISITES:
You must have completed a form of the Inner Engineering program that includes Shambhavi Mahamudra prior to registering for this class. NOTE: If you took the Inner Engineering course online, you must have also completed the Shambavi Mahamudra program, prior to registering for this class. It is recommended that participants have completed one or more Isha Hatha programs before taking the Sadhana program.
