Description:
Angamardana is a system rooted in yoga, that offers to everyone the opportunity to invigorate the body and to reach peak physical and mental health. “Angamardana” means, gaining complete mastery over the limbs, organs and other parts of the body. True to its name, this practice revitalizes the body on all levels including the muscles, blood circulation, skeletal structure, nervous system, and the basic energy system.
This is a residential program conducted by a Hata Yoga Teacher trained by Sadhguru.

Important Note:
Due to the nature of this practice, there are a some contraindications. People who fall under any of the below categories are not eligible to participate at this time
- - Women who are currently pregnant
- - Anyone who has had major open surgery within the last 6 months
- - Anyone who has had laproscopic surgery within the last 6 weeks

Please arrive by 9:00pm Friday night. (Friday evening dinner will be served at 7:00pm)
Program Cost: $290.00
