Center Development Plan
Isha Institute of Inner Sciences is planned as a
multi-phased development that will serve as a destination for
spiritual growth to visitors from all over the country.
The development will include a program complex, including
"Mahima" program hall that will offer yoga intensives,
retreats, advanced meditation programs, and special events; an
Isha Village community for meditators who wish to own property
nearby and spend substantial time participating in Center
activities; and a residential facility for those dedicating
their lives to inner growth. Future plans include the
development of an Isha Rejuvenation Wellness Center that will
offer natural, ancient Ayurvedic methods of restoring
physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
Construction Phases:
Phase I (completed)—Road Access, Utilities, Lodging,
Playground
Phase II—"Mahima" Program Hall, Kitchen
& Dining Facility, & Isha Village

We
are now entering Phase II of the construction.
The cost of building Mahima program hall--the main energy center of
the campus--is $3 Million. It costs $3000 to build a space
for each participant. The plans and the permits
are ready for construction now with the
goal of completing Mahima by April 2008! For more
information and donations please visit the
MAHIMA Fund.
Volunteers
are still needed to offer help with ongoing projects, including trim work and painting in the lodges. Please visit the
volunteering page for more
