Simple Wholesome Dhal Recipe
Dhal is a simple soupy lenthil preparation tempered with spices. There are a variety of lenthils that can be used to make this recipe, but we will be using Tuvar Dhal (Pigeon Pea Lenthils).
1 cup of dhal
1/2 cup of diced tomatoes
1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
Green Gram Coconut Salad
1 cup of sprouted green gram.
1/2 cup of freshly grated coconut
1/4 teaspoon of cardamom powder
2 tablespoons of raw sugar or jaggery.
Mix all the ingredients well like a tossed salad and serve fresh.
