Completion of the below infrastructures will allow iii to host large scale programs in any season with extended guest accommodations and other amenities.    

Program Complex Phase II – $2,500,000

• Exterior walls and windows for Mahima
• Cupola: 37 ft diameter extended roof, will extend 6 feet higher than the Mahima dome enabling a natural ventilation during the summer months
• Separate restroom facility construction cost to date $125,000.  Completion will include interior and exterior finishing.
• Storage and administrative offices
• Audio/Visual building attached to Mahima
• Extended pavilion around Mahima
• Heating for Mahima

Mahima Garden – $30,000

• 5 to 6 acres of landscape garden
• 2 to 3 acres of lake 

Dining – $750,000

• 4000 sq. ft. Dining Hall Pavilion – construction cost to date $380,000.  Completion will provide a heated environment for the winter

Guest Accommodations – $500,000

• Two 3500 sq. ft. multi-unit buildings will be completed just behind the lodges.  Construction cost to date has been $340,000.
