2010 Update & Appeal
Isha meditators have shown their commitment to creating a more joyful, peaceful and loving world at every turn of our center’s growth. It is on the basis of this generous and spirited support of Isha volunteers that we are confident we can begin and complete Phase II of Mahima construction in the coming year. We have grown tremendously since our first program at the Isha Institute in January 2006. Your generosity will help us develop the Isha Institute as a center for self-transformation in the U.S.
Our total appeal of $4.6 million includes the Program Complex Phase II and all the supporting and ancillary infrastructure of the center. In 2010, at a cost of $1,637,000 we have completed our state-of-the-art commercial kitchen, built the open-air Dining Hall Pavilion, Cedar Building, Isha Lane upgrade, Functioning program hall restrooms, and additional private accommodations. This expense has been greatly offset by your contributions of $1,338,826.58 raised from November 2009 through September 2010. To complete the next phase we still need $2,905,000. We thank you again, and hope to see you at the celebration of a completed Mahima complex very soon.

Now is the time…

We are marking the one-year anniversary of the Mahima consecration with a fund-raising campaign. We need to raise 3.5 million dollars to complete the needed infrastructure. Our current goals include completion of the walls and adjacent bathrooms for Mahima, building kitchen and dining facilities to serve 1000 people, building administrative and guest accommodations and establishing Mahima gardens. To realize these goals quickly, we need to support these efforts generously.
Sadhguru is offering his very life to us. Mahima is vibrantly alive with his energy.
Let’s not miss this opportunity – this one precious possibility in many, many lifetimes – to soar beyond our boundaries and know the bliss of life within.
Now is the time. Let’s make it happen!
