Please note:
1. Please make sure you are inside the hall at least 10-15 min before the program starting time. The class starts sharp on time, so if you are late, we may not be able to allow you inside as it may disrupt the program flow.
2. We will be laying out carpets at the venue so while not essential, you could bring a yoga mat or thick towel for extra comfort.
3. Please wear comfortable loose clothing and bring cushions(if required) with you.
