Date: 18th - 22nd September 2010 Program Schedule: Participants are requested to arrive on Saturday, 18th September 2010 by 4:00 pm at the latest. The program ends late night on Wednesday, 22nd September 2010. To ensure optimal benefits from the program, participants are required to stay at the Yoga Centre until Thursday, 23rd September 2010. Things to bring: Comfortable clothing for yoga practices, walking/ trekking shoes, umbrella/rain gear & flash light. Warm clothing as per seasonal requirements, since temperatures may drop to 15°C (60°F).
