This is a residential program conducted by an Isha Yoga Teacher. If you have already been initiated into Shoonya before, please call the number below before registering.

Program fee is inclusive of meals and lodging.

You must have completed the Inner Engineering program prior to registering for this class.

Please note that this class (and Hata Yoga class) is a requirement in order to attend the Samyama program.
