Coimbatore, September, 5 - The first school established under the Isha Foundation's Education Initiative celebrated its Dedi¬cation Function of Isha Vidhya School.

Speaking on the occasion, Isha founder Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev said that it was his privilege to dedicate the first school under the Isha Education Initiative to soci¬ety and added that Isha Vidhya Schools had a singular vision to empower rural children, the real potential of modern India, and to ensure that each child in the rural areas had access to international quality education and computer literacy.

School's principal Ms. Pushpavalli welcomed the gather¬ing. Dr. Kulandaivelu, Chancellor Avinashilingam, Deemed Univer¬sity, M. Bhojarajan, Chairman, Hiltakkal Group addressed.
