  1. When will I receive my first magazine issue once I subscribe?

    It will take 2 to 6 weeks for your first issue to arrive. This is the standard industry lead time to start a magazine subscription. Once you've placed an order, it takes approximately one to two weeks for your subscription to be received and scheduled by us. Your subscription is then added to the next production cycle and mailed via regular post. For example, if your monthly magazine subscription was ordered and received by us in October, and the November issue has already been posted, your order may be added to the December mailing.

    We ask that you allow 2 to 6 weeks for delivery to start. If you have not received your subscription within the expected time frame, please send us an email and we'll track it down. Keep in mind, your subscription starts when you receive your first issue -- not when you place your orders. If you subscribed for one year you will receive 12 issues, for 2 years you will receive 24 issues and for three years you will receive 36 issues.

  2. Can I renew my subscription online?

    Yes! Just go ahead and tick 'Yes' where it asks you if the order is a renewal, then enter your subscription number and mailing address as it appears on the label of your current magazine. We'll take care of the rest!

  3. How do I send a Gift magazine subscription?

    Just tick the Gifting option on the form and provide the recipient's name, address and email id, and the Isha Kaattu Poo team will send an email to the nominated recipient announcing your gift subscription.

  4. Is ordering online safe?

    When you order Isha Kaattu Poo online with us, no one will have access to the information you provide. We use SSL technology which encrypts your order to prevent anyone else from reading it as the information travels from your computer to ours.

  5. How can I subscribe to Isha Kaattu Poo if I don't have a credit card?

    Please download the Isha Kaattu Poo Offline Subscription Form and follow the instructions to send payment by mail (please note, subscriptions are currently available to Indian addresses only).

  6. My magazine has not arrived. What should I do?

  8. Can I use a foreign address for subscriptions?

    No, not at this time. We only process orders for Indian addresses.

  9. Do you accept orders, if I don't have a credit card or don't want to use it online?

    Simply submit a request via our offline form and we would be happy to work with you in any way we can.

  10. What happens if I change my postal address?

    You can update your address details by submitting a support request via our online form. Please include your current address and your new address in the body of the message.

  11. How will I know when my subscription ends?

    We will send you a reminder letter towards the end of your subscription cycle. Please note that you can resubscribe at any time, and your new subscription will just be added onto the end of your existing subscription, unless you nominate otherwise.

  12. Will you "automatically renew" my subscription?

    No, Isha Kaattu Poo will not automatically renew your magazine subscription. We will send you a reminder letter towards the end of your subscription cycle. Please note that you can resubscribe at any time, and your new subscription will just be added onto the end of your existing subscription, unless you nominate otherwise.

  13. Will I receive duplicate issues of my magazine if I renew before my original subscription expires?

    No, you can resubscribe at any time. When you subscribe online, you can opt for "new" or "renewal". If you are renewing, we will extend your subscription by the period of time you nominate. One year, two years and three year options are currently available.

  14. Do you provide refunds?

    While Isha Kaattu Poo maintains a strict 'no refunds' policy, you are welcome to nominate a different mailing address for us to send the balance of your subscription to.
